With all three of the titles being very strenuous on the system hardware it's probably not a coincidence they're failing to play for very long. However in your case I definitely believe this to be an issue with the system struggling to run the games themselves. I can borrow it real quick for some tests, wouldn't hurt. I had a copy of Red Dead Redemption that was nearly flawless yet it failed to play cutscenes properly and would get stuck loading upon entering Armadillo. Lowering the output resolution from 1080p to 480p to see if it made a diference, and it kind of did? I got a bit farther on GT6 before it turned off anyway.

I have tried several things to troubleshoot the cause, and I'm still lost:

Killzone 3 (Can't get past the first quarter of the first level)įunnily enough, I've played whole races on Gran Turismo 5 (also physical) with absolutely no issues.

Gran Turismo 6 (Can't get past the first introductory race).I've seem it happen with these tittles (all physical media): Always happens shortly after starting gameplay, within one minute or so. I can turn it on right after it happens and it will boot up instantly, complain about being turned off abruptly and check for HDD corruption. They all cause the console to beep 3 times, turn off, and stand by with the red light blinking.

Replaced the ZSSR5391A power supply for the APS-226 model.

Replaced every termal pad (Arctic 6,0 W/mK, 1.5cm).

Replaced the termal paste (Arctic MX-4).
